Sheriff's Card - If you are working in the gaming industry, it is mandatory in the state of Nevada to have a Sheriff's Card. To obtain one you must be gainfully employed. Your employer will provide you with a referral for a three year issuance. For more information you may contact:

Health Cards - This card is mandatory for any and all food/beverage handlers, tattoo artists, child and adult care attendants, or massage therapists. In order to obtain a Health Card, you must complete an application. All food handler applicants will receive a Hepatitis A vaccination. Applicants for ch ild or adult care will also receive the vaccination as well as a skin test or x-ray for Tuberculosis. All applicants mus t attend a 1.5 hr class and mo vie within 30 days of applying for a Health Card. A temporary card is issued until class completion. The card costs $30 valid for 3 years. Techniques of Alcohol Management  - Anyone who sells, gives away, moves around or makes decisions regarding alcohol as well as Security Officers, must have a valid TAM card. To obtain a TAM card you must attend a 4hr class, pass a test and pay $18 for five year validity. For more information contact:
